With Memories, Gratitude And Prayers We Reached Rev. Fr Stephan To His Newly Appointed Parish

The parishioners of St Xavier Church Udyavar gathered together on 6 May 2026 to bid a loving farewell to Rev. Fr Stephan, the Assistant Parish Priest of the parish, as he was transferred to Moodubelle for his future ministry.

The program was organized with deep gratitude and affection in recognition of Fr Stephan’s dedicated service, prayerful leadership, and pastoral care among the parish community. 

The farewell gathering began with a prayer service led by the Parish Priest Rev. Fr Anil D’Souza, invoking God’s blessings upon Fr Stephan as he begins a new chapter in his priestly ministry. Representatives from various parish associations and commissions were present.

Rev. Fr George Dsouza the Parish Priest of St Lawrence Church, Moodubelle  and Dn Shawn Andrade warmly welcomed Rev. Fr Stephan to the gathering. This was followed by a prayer service conducted by Dn Shawn Andrade, invoking God’s blessings upon Fr Stephan as he begins his ministry at Moodubelle.
