Catechism Day Celebration at Udyavar
On Sunday 23rd February on 10am mass there was a solemn celebration of annual Catechism day 2025. It Started with a Eucharistic celebration presided by Fr Wilson D’Souza the Director for the commission of Liturgy Diocese of Udupi. Rev Fr Preached a homily highlighting the importance of Catechism in the life of Catholic children to grow according to the will of God. the liturgy was led by the Catechism Children. Rev Fr Stephan Rodrigues concelebrant. after the mass there was a short cultural Program organized by the Commission for Faith formation along with the exhibition of the Project works made by students of Catechism. Rev Fr Anil D’Souza, the parish priest presided the program. the prizes were distributed for the students who scored high, best project work and 100% attendees during the class. to enhance the joy of the celebration meals were served for both catechism students and parents. around 300 people participated in this program
