Udyavar Church: With Palms raised high and Hearts bowed low we Journey with Christ into Holy Week

On 13th April Sunday, the Ceremony of Palm Sunday started at the Melpet Memorial Altar. The Palms were distributed and the blessing ritual was initiated by Rev Fr Anil D’Soua followed by a devout procession towards the Church with psalms and hymns being sung. the Palm Sunday mass was presided over by Fr Anil and preached on the importance of Holy Week that which lead to the conversion of hearts. nearly 750 parishioners participated in this ceremonial mass and obtained blessings.
