The Our Lady of Carmel A Ward of St. Francis Xavier Church joyfully celebrated its Patronal Feast on Sunday, 19 July 2026, at 7:00 p.m., bringing together the ward members in a spirit of faith, unity, and fraternity.
The celebration began with the planting of a sapling as part of the Vanamahotsava initiative, symbolizing the ward’s commitment to caring for God’s creation. This was followed by a Sahamilan, fostering fellowship among the ward members.
The programme was graced by the presence of Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Anil D’Souza, Assistant Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Santhosh D. Almeida, SAC, Deacon Kevin D’Souza, Parish Pastoral Council Secretary Mr. Wilfred D’Souza, BEC Coordinator Mrs. Tresa Nazareth, and Ward Gurkar Mrs. Doris D’Souza.
