Sports and Competitions at St. Francis Xavier Church, Udyavar

 On 9th April 2026 a vibrant ward-wise sports and competitions event in view of Parish communinty day was successfully conducted for the parishioners of St. Francis Xavier Church, Udyavar, under the guidance of Rev. Fr. Stephen Rodrigues, Assistant Parish Priest, in collaboration with the Parish Youth.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from parishioners of all age groups, fostering unity, fellowship, and healthy competition among the wards. Various sports activities and competitions were organized, creating a joyful and energetic atmosphere throughout the program.

The occasion was graced by the presence of Rev. Fr. Anil D’Souza, Parish Priest, along with the Parish Pastoral council members and Deacon Kevin. Their presence encouraged the participants and added dignity to the event.

A large number of parishioners actively took part in the competitions, making the program a grand success. The organizers appreciated the wholehearted cooperation and sportsmanship shown by all the wards.

The parish community expressed gratitude to Rev. Fr. Stephen Rodrigues, the Parish Youth, volunteers, and all those who contributed to the successful organization of the event.
