“Solemn Celebration of the Christmas Eve Holy Mass – 24th December 2025 at 7.30 PM”

The parish joyfully celebrated the Christmas Eve Holy Mass on 24th December 2025 at 7.30pm with great devotion and festivity. The celebrations began with melodious carol singing at 7.00 p.m., preparing the faithful to welcome the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ.

The solemn Christmas Eve Holy Mass commenced at 7.30 p.m. and was celebrated by Very Rev. Fr. Santhosh Rodrigues, Director of the Pastoral Institute, Bajjodi, Mangalore. The Mass was concelebrated by Rev. Fr. Anil D’Souza, the Parish Priest, Rev. Fr. Stephen Rodrigues, the Assistant Parish Priest, and Rev. Fr. Pratik Pereira, the guest priest.

In his meaningful homily, Very Rev. Fr. Santhosh Rodrigues emphasized the importance of living the true message of Christmas in our daily lives. He encouraged the faithful to reflect on the Crib (Nativity scene) and imbibe the virtues and qualities represented by the personalities present in it, inspiring everyone to grow in humility, love, and service.

The Holy Mass was conducted in a solemn and prayerful atmosphere. At the conclusion of the Mass, the celebrations continued with a lively flash mob dance performed by the ICYM members, which added joy and enthusiasm to the evening. The festive spirit was further enhanced with the presence of Housie Housie, prize distribution, and the distribution of Christmas cakes to the parishioners.

The Christmas Eve celebration was a spiritually uplifting and joyful occasion, bringing the parish community together to celebrate the birth of Christ with faith, unity, and happiness.
